To celebrate the Feast of St. Ignatius of Loyola, last year Campion had a quiz competition based on the life of st. Ignatius. This year, Campion School organized a Throwball & volleyball match (27th July 2024) between primary and secondary teachers. It was an open invitation to showcase your skills, credibility, team work and sportsmanship.The primary lady teachers, led by Mrs. Sonia, won their match with excellent coordination. Despite their effort, the secondary lady teachers lost, but their performance and spirit was praiseworthy.The men's teams played skillfully, with the secondary teachers emerging victorious. Mrs. Sushma Saxena and Mr. Amit provided engaging commentary, adding excitement to the match. They also touched the Jesuit history.Even the heavy rain couldn't dampen the teachers' Ignatian spirit. Thanks to Mrs. Bharti Shukla and Mrs. Kirti Mowar for serving hot samosas and tea. Special appreciation goes to games teachers Mr. Johnsy Koshy, Mr. Sanjay Mishra, and Mr. Vibhor Tiwari for their meticulous planning and ground marking. A note of gratitude to Mr. Winston Vijay Minj for capturing the event with precision. Hats off to Mrs. Komal Sharma and Sheena Uniyan ma'am our staff representatives for their cooperation. Referee Mr. Chandradev Singh was commendable for his accurate decisions throughout the match. The event was graced by Chief Guest Fr. Kapil Xaxa SJ, Superior and Guest of Honour Fr. Athnas Lakra SJ.
